What is a bug or an issue?

For each bug or issue, you can:

  • Set a priority, it serves to define the level of importance of each issue. Ex. "Normal", "Urgent," "Review.
  • Set its progress status, it serves to clarify the status of each issue. Each status is associated with a "progress status" such as: New, In Progress, Pending, Resolved, and Closed. A ticket can be solved by all project members.
  • Add comments, the system allows to comment on the resolution of the issue and to change its status, priority and progresses. All action and activities on the ticket will be traced in the history of the ticket.
  • You can join files to better illustrate the issue
  • Define person and the team in charge of treating the issue.
